Thanks to our Dental Team!

Stowe Mission Dental Clinic was awarded the prestigious 2023 Ohio Dental Association Access to Dental Care Program Award! This incredible honor, presented by the Ohio Dental Association (a division of the Ohio Department of Health), recognizes the outstanding efforts of programs that significantly increase access to dental care for underserved populations.

Accepting this esteemed award on behalf of the clinic was our founder, Dr. Danny Stowe, whose vision and dedication have propelled the clinic to where it stands today.

Since its inception in 1980, the Stowe Mission Dental Clinic has provided free dental care to those in need. From humble beginnings with just one dental chair offering extractions, we have evolved into a comprehensive clinic with six chairs, digital X-rays, and services ranging from cleanings to fillings.

We send a heartfelt thank you to our volunteer dentists, dental assistants, hygienists, and students from The Ohio State University and Columbus State Community College dental programs. Your commitment and compassion make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

In addition, a special congratulations to Dr. Jeffrey Yoest, a volunteer dentist at Stowe Mission, who was honored with The Marvin M Fisk Humanitarian Award for over a decade of generously volunteering his professional services at our clinic and other free or reduced-fee dental clinics.
